One author:

For two authors, include in the order presented in the work.  Reverse the first of the names (LastName, FirstName), follow with a comma and the word and, and give the second name in the normal order.

     Gilbert, Sandra M., and Susan Gubar, editors. The Female

For three or more authors, reverse the first of the authors (LastName, FirstName) and follow with a comma and the abbreviation et al. ("and others"). Do not italicize et al.
