Business Databases

Databases are collections of data, organized to be retrieved by a computer. At one time, a library purchased subscriptions to many scholarly journals.  Now the library subscribes to databases that contain scholarly articles and other information, and the library's users are given access through a portal. A database is often organized around a particular discipline.

This exercise will help you target the best sources to find the information you identified in the Reflection Worksheet in Module 1. Read through the descriptions of the five Business Databases on the left.  Use the descriptions to complete the worksheet below.
