If you're having trouble signing into the databases, try these steps:
- Try using your email address without the g. (i.e. mmouse03@uafs.edu instead of mmouse03@g.uafs.edu).
- If that doesn't work, open an incognito window or private window (usually ctrl-shift-n) and try again with your email address without the g.
- If you run into an error message about "something unusual about your sign-in," call the service desk at x7460.
- If none of these steps solve your problem, call us at x7200.
