MeSH (Medical Subject Headings), the National Library of Medicine's controlled vocabulary thesaurus, is used for indexing articles for the MEDLINE®/PubMED® database. Each article is indexed with MeSH terms describing the content of the article. A search with MeSH entry terms allows you to focus your search and find more relevant citations.
