MeSH(Medical Subject Headings), the National Library of Medicine's controlled vocabulary thesaurus, is used for indexing articles for the MEDLINE®/PubMED® database. Each article is indexed with MeSH terms describing the content of the article. A search with MeSH entry terms allows you to focus your search and find more relevant citations.
PubMed comprises more than 19 million citations for biomedical articles from MEDLINE and life science journals. Citations may include links to full-text articles from PubMed Central or publisher web sites.
