ABI/INFORM allows you to limit your search to "Peer Reviewed" and "Scholarly Journals." Checking both of these boxes is a good idea, since ABI/INFORM contains many resources like trade publications (which may technically be peer-reviewed, but are not scholarly), in addition to scholarly articles:
